Our headquarters are located at EMS Station One, 809 South Goliad in Rockwall. Our dispatch center and administrative offices are located here; as well as on duty, City of Rockwall Mobile Intensive Care Units. We serve the County of Rockwall; including the cities of Rockwall, Heath, Royse City, Fate and McLendon-Chisholm with an aggregate population of 50,000.

Rockwall County EMS was awarded the 1998 Private EMS Provider Of The Year by the Texas Department of Health, after only two years of service to the citizens of Rockwall County!
