Started by Paramedics, the service has become known for it’s aggressive and patient-centric practice of emergency medicine. 911 Response Rockwall County EMS provides primary 911 response as well as non-emergency ambulance transport to Rockwall County Texas. Our coverage area includes approximately 81,300 residents. We operate dual Paramedic Mobile Intensive Care Units. Welcome If treatment at a different facility is what is needed, we can provide expert transportation while continuing medical care enroute. Critical Care Transport services including ventilators and I.V. pumps are available when needed.
